SPS-controlled tool cleaning device series

In the processing industry, process reliability and product quality are always in the foreground. The formation of deposits in the water-carrying channels of tools and heat exchangers of any kind, e.g. due to lime, rust or other dirt particles, has a negative impact. By using the newly developed WRG mold cleaning device, these residues are removed quickly and easily with the aid of a specially developed acidic, environmentally friendly cleaning solution. The intuitive operation via the integrated touch display and the compact mobile design of the WRG allows a fast flexible use within the production.


The built-in PLC panel is used to set the target flow rate to be achieved or, alternatively, to set a cleaning duration. When the cleaning process is started, the water/chemical mixture is pumped through the heat exchangers and mold channels to be cleaned by means of a dirt-resistant, magnetically coupled stainless steel pump. The dissolved dirt, rust and lime particles are collected by a fine dirt filter. At the end of the cycle, the cleaning solution is blown back into the cleaner tank with compressed air. For subsequent neutralization, the system is rinsed with water and any residues are removed from the pipes and returned to the tank.  
residues are blown out of the lines into the rinsing water tank. This 2-circuit system makes it particularly convenient to use for several cleaning processes with only one cleaner tank filling.

Dissolves lime and rust in tempering channels of molds and injection molds made of steel, copper, brass and aluminum. Disposal of the cleaning solution is possible via the municipal wastewater network.
